Tofu Loaf (vegetarian)
1 block tofu, coarsely crumbled
1 large carrot, shredded
1 onion, diced
1 can mushroom or celery soup
¾ cup canned milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1½ tablespoons soy sauce
½ cup cornflakes or bread crumbs
Combine and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
Serves 6-8
