Hamburger Vegetable Soup

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 beef bouillion cubes
  • 1 16-ounce can tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • ¾ cup diced celery
  • 1 medium carrot, cubed
  • 1 garlic clove, cubed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 1 package frozen peas
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • parsley (for garnish)
Bring to boil 5 cups water, add bouillion cubes. Add all ingredients except frozen peas. Cook for 20 minutes. In another pan cook meat until done. Add meat and frozen peas to cooked ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
