Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into walnut size balls. Brown in ¼ cup hot fat or vegetable oil. Cook 15 to 20 minutes. Remove meat balls to make gravy.
6-8 servings
Meat ball gravy: Stir mixture of ½ cup flour, 1 teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper into hot fat in skillet. Stir in 3 cups boiling water and ¾ cup sour cream.
Meat balls also go well with your favorite sweet-and-sour sauce instead of gravy.
