Chili Verde

Cook pork roast or pork chops and cut into pieces. Add...

  • garlic to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • Accent
  • paprika
  • 1¼ teaspoon cummin
  • 1-2 cans green chilies, chopped
  • ½ cup onions, chopped
  • ½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 small can Ortega Chili Salsa
Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on flour tortillas. Makes 6 servings.
