Sausage and Hashbrown Breakfast

  • ¼ pound smoked sausage cut into ½ inch slices
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 4 cups frozen southern style hashbrowns
  • 1 15-ounce can tomatoes (plain or spicy)
  • ¼ cup green pepper
  • 3 slices Velveeta Cheese

Cook sausage in a large skillet, remove from skillet. Add oil, heat over medium heat, add potatoes and peppers. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in sausage. Remove from heat and top with cheese.
Serves 8 to 10 people
