Chicken Salad

Dressing: ½ cup mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon honey (may substitute honey mustard). May add 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  • 1 can Kirkland Premium Chunk Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
  • Optional: dried cranberries, or raisens, pinapple, avocado

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Toss with dressing. May be served in hollowed out mellons, avacados, or papayas.

Serves 6
