- 1 pound ground meat
- 1 15-ounce can Ranch Style beans
- 1 15-ounce can whole kernel corn
- 1 15-ounce can tomatoes (plain or spicy)
- ½ cup diced onion
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Brown meat with onions, peppers, salt and pepper. Add beans, corn and tomatoes. Do not drain.
Put in crock pot for 4 to 6 hours. Can also be heated on stove for 20 minutes in regular pot.
Great doubled. Serve with corn bread and green salad.
