Tofu Loaf (vegetarian)

  • 1 block tofu, coarsely crumbled
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can mushroom or celery soup
  • ¾ cup canned milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ cup cornflakes or bread crumbs
Combine and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
Serves 6-8
