Sauté chicken breast in oil in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Near the end of cooking time, push chicken to one side of the pan, add mushrooms
and sauté. Once chicken is cooked, place swiss cheese on top of chicken
and mushrooms until melted. Toast 2 slices thick bread. Spread desired amounts
of ranch dressing on toast and place the chicken melt on the toast.
Serve immediately.
