Lemon Slaw

Chop all ingredients in food processor and drain.

Pour ½ cup salad oil over listed vegetables and stir in 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon celery seed. Heat 1/3 cup vinegar and 3/4 cup sugar to boiling. Stir in 1 box lemon Jello until dissolved. Add to vegetables. Stir well. Keep in refrigerator.
