- 1 can pears in lite syrup (reserve juice)
- 6-8 cups greens
- ½ cup grated or crumbled cheese
- ¼ cup chopped nuts
- Options: dried cherries, cranberries, avocado, celery, red onion, mandarin oranges
Dice pears and mix with greens. Add cheese, nuts and any of the options. Add dressing just before serving.
Dressing:
- ¼ cup reserved juice
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey mustard
Serves 6 to 8
