Baked Broccoli with Cheese

  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 10 3/4-ounce can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 6-ounce can French-fried onions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Arrange broccoli in a 9x12x2-inch greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheese, chopped egg, and 1/2 of the onions over top. Mix soup and milk together and pour over broccoli. Bake 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining onions over dish. Bake 5 minutes longer.
