Southern Idaho Campout

We returned to Emmett again this year for the Southern Idaho Campout. This is a very popular event. We had about 35 rigs attending. This year we had ample electrical service thanks in part to the efforts of Larry Laird.

Emmett welcomed us with open arms.

We seem to play more games at this event than anywhere else.

The high school kids put on a homecoming parade for the younger kids in the park adjacent to where we were camped.

Vendors setting up their booths on Main Street, just down the street from the park.

There was also a civil war re-enactment at the sports park a short distance away.

The mornings were chilly but, fortunately, we had a nice big fire to keep us warm.

We had 5 rigs from Time To Travel, including Warrs, Thomasons, Robertsons, Lairds and McFaddens. In addition we had two rigs who were guests of McFaddens and Warrs. We also had day visits by Dowdles, DeLongs, Gilsons and Stockwells -- shown in this photo.
