Potluck Chicken Casserole

  • 2 cans Boned chicken, shredded
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 (4 oz.) can Diced green chilies
  • 1 (12oz.) Sour cream (small carton)
  • ¼-½ cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1 pkg. Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups Mild cheddar cheese (shredded)
Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, diced green chilies and onions in saucepan. Heat on medium heat for about 10 minutes. You can add more diced green chilies or cheese to your taste.

Cut 4 or 5 tortillas into quarters, layer tortillas, chicken mix and cheese in casserole dish, ending with cheese. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling. If you like you can mix all ingredients and put in casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes. (350 degrees)
