Cottage Cheese Salad

  • 12 ounce canned apricot nectar (1½ cups)
  • 1 package Dream Whip
  • 1½ cups cottage cheese
  • 1 large package orange Jello
  • 1½ cups crushed pineapple

Heat nectar to boiling, dissolve Jello in it. Cool in the refrigerator until thickened. Add pineapple and cottage cheese. Return the mixture to the refrigerator. Mix Dream Whip and fold into salad. Sprinkle with chopped nuts (optional).
